New Years Day - Goal 3 Miles

Well it pays off to not drink on NYE when you want to get up in the morning and exercise!  After watching some great fireworks from our neighbor and staying up til 12:30 to watch Justin Bieber (for Caden of course) we called it a night.   You can tell it's a new year - I counted 20 people at SNAP this morning!
So my Training Plan called for 3 miles - And I ran 3:-)  Still in pain from my treadmill fall so I think Dr. Scott will be getting a call but its Day 1 complete for me:)
